Dear Sir,
We, the students of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that flood has caused a tremendous damage this year all around this locality. The sufferings of the people beggar description. They are now suffering seriously for want of shelter, food and medicine. So, we can arrange at least a relief camp for them in our school premises so that we can send relief goods to the flood affected people of this locality.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you will kindly permit us to open a relief camp on the school premises and oblige thereby.
