 Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) is a leading organization in Bangladesh working towards poverty alleviation and sustainable development. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as General Manager.

• Position: General Manager
• Salary: BDT 139000 taka
• Application Deadline: May 13, 2023
• Experience: 25 years
• Education: Higher Graduation from any Agraicultural University

Responsibilities:

•     Lead the organization towards achieving its vision and mission
•     Develop and implement effective strategies for poverty alleviation and sustainable development
•     Oversee the implementation of projects and programs
•     Manage the organization's financial and human resources
•     Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government officials
•     Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• At least 25 years of experience in development work, including experience in a senior management position
• Higher Graduation from any Agraicultural University
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of development issues, policies, and practices in Bangladesh
• Fluent in English and Bangla
