Second Step: BOGMC<space>YES<space>PIN and send to 16222
Example: BOGMC YES 12345678
Reply: Congratulation Applicants Name, payment complete successfully for BOGMC application for xxxxxx user id is xxxxxx and password xxxxxxxx.
