Position: Assistant Manager (Product Management Department) Marketing
Genvio Pharma Limited Job Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Degree from any reputed University. Age within 30 years to 35 years old. At least 5 to 6 years working experience in relevant field. Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Bengali. Problem solving innovative approach. Clear understanding about leadership, communication, strategic thinking skill. Good skill in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint will preferred.

Genvio Pharma Limited Job Responsibilities: Grow share and build brand in key markets. Achieve and determine goals of company. Develop marketing budget, annual forecast, participate in annual planning process. Analyze effectiveness of rectify and strategies variances. Develop new project. Maintain knowledge of customer and relationships. Analyze category and market recommend and trends actions to achieve annual profit and sales objectives. Develop 4P marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, integrated brand activation plans. Portfolio management and land product launches. Manage all communications with PMD and marketing teams. Monitor and administer marketing brand and activities P&L's ensure achievement of goals. Support sales as needed such as market information, PowerPoint presentations, customer presentations, market insight. Train, Hire and Monitor performance of sales support staff. Competitors handle. Present status update on overall business to business leadership and director. Perform other required in meeting company objects. Communicate with other departments within company. Align and understand with marketing plans. Manage approve approvals, packaging updates for market and timely implementation. Regular basis communicate with medical professionals to improve planning PMD team. Analyze regular sales. Developing and planning new business clients and projects.
