Position: Executive (export air and sea freight)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any public or private University.
Experience: At least 3 to 4 years working experience in related field. Candidate having working experience in Freight companies are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements: Able to work under pressure. Excellent problem solving skills. Good negotiation and communication skills. Learning capability and Time Management. Experience in export shipment handling. Both male and females are allowed for apply. Age within 27 to 35 years old.

Responsibilities: Maintain pro-active communication with oversea agents, vendor and customers to ensure proper customer service for export shipment. Ensure smooth export shipment. Maintain operational activities. Communication with carriers, SI, Booking, VGM submission & other relevant activities. Correction & confirmation by checking with shipper for BL draft. Invoice, BL issue & handover to concern desk. Always follow up with airport/ CFS operation for stuffing. Maintain strong coordination and relationships with all stakeholders. Generate shipment advice. Report management on time & related concerned person. Freight invoice collection from respective shipping line. Any other task assigned by management.
