Society for Project Implementation Research Evaluation and Training (SOPIRET) is a nationally advanced non-governmental development organization that has been implementing education, health, philanthropy, microfinance and cultural and sports activities since 1985. Position: Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager

Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 3 years woking experience in relevant field.
Job Location: Comilla, Chandpur, Noakhali, Feni, Laxmipur
Requirements: Only males can apply for the position. Age within 40 years old. Candidates need to know about computer (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, E-mail etc). Must have a minimum of 03 (three) years of practical experience in a PKSF affiliate in a microfinance program. Must be skilled in riding a motorcycle and have own motorcycle with valid driving license. At the time of joining the service, the amount of the salary mentioned against post should be deposited as security (refundable).
Salary: BDT 22,000 to 26,250 taka (Monthly). Salary allowance will be determined subject to negotiation.
Other Benefits: Single accommodation facilities in low cost work areas. Payment of motorcycle fuel bill at the rate of Tk 3.25 per km. Mobile bill will be paid. Group insurance facility for self and family members (2 persons). Festival Bonus, Boishakhi Bonus, Basic Equivalent Bonus as per December Closing Performance and other benefits as per company rules will be provided. At the end of the apprenticeship period, all benefits (annual increment, 2 annual festival allowances, contributory provident fund, and gratuity) will be provided as per the salary structure prescribed by the organization.
