Position: Assistant Manager - Marketing
Educational Qualification: MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Marketing from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 5 to 8 years working experience in Brand communication, Advertising and Promotion, Development/ Brand Planning, Campaign/ Even Coordinator, Media Buying/ Planning. Also Electronic Equipment/ Home Appliances, Automobiles, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies.

Requirements: Analytical, Strategic, Organizational, Strong Creative & Personal Sales skills. Demonstrate ability to anticipate & solve practical problem. Negotiating with media. Demonstrate successful experience in making presentations. Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple project. Frequently travel all over country is required.

Responsibilities: Look after brand communication team. Ensure maximum ROI from digital activities. Understand digital Eco-system. Increasing communication strategy for different media vehicle. Ability to give input in brand communications. Organize, plan, implement market survey to obtain data. Provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements. Survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions. Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers. Good working relationships with sales team. Knowledge of company goals in carrying. Coordinate with BTL team to establish similar brand positioning. Support marketing managers in development of marketing strategies. Press release and write statements for promotion of services/ product on media channels. Present and prepare regular reports to management. Monitor performance of products in market. Assign task to team member as per departmental objective. Monitor team performance. Data interpretation, data modeling, data analysis, process improvements and presentation skills.
