Resource Integration Centre (RIC) Job Circular

1. Position: Zonal Manager (ZM)
Vacancy: 10 (Ten)
Salary: Basic Salary BDT  26,000 taka
BDT 50,500 to 53,100 taka (Before Regularization)
BDT 54,400 to 57,000 taka (After Regularization)
Education: Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed Unviersity. 3rd class or division is not acceptable.
Experience: At least 02 years experience as Zone Management microfinance activities. Skills in Microsoft Office operating. Age with 45 years old.    

2. Position: Area Manager (AM)
Vacancy: 40 (Forty)
Salary: Basic Salary BDT  22,400 taka
BDT 43,660 to 45,900 taka (Before Regularization)
BDT 47,020 to 49,260 taka (After Regularization)
Education: Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed Unviersity. 3rd class or division is not acceptable.
Experience: At least 02 years experience as Area Management microfinance activities. Expart in MS Office Application. Age not more than 40 years old.

3. Position: Branch Manager (BM)
Vacancy: 150 (One Hundred Fifity)
Salary: Basic Salary BDT  16,200 taka
BDT 31,560 to 33,500 taka (Before Regularization)
BDT 34,310 to 35,930 taka (After Regularization)
Education: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed Unviersity.
Experience: At least 01 years experience as Branch Manager for microfinance activities. Expart in MS Office application. Age not more than 35 years old.

4. Position: Branch Accounts Officer (BAO)
Vacancy: 150 (One Hundred Fifity)
Salary: Basic Salary BDT  13,400 taka
BDT 26,560 to 27,900 taka (Before Regularization)
BDT 28,570 to 29,910 taka (After Regularization)
Education: Bachelor Degree/Equivalent in any discipline from any reputed Unviersity. Honors in commerce background will get prefer.
Experience: At least 01 years experience microfinance activities. Expart prepare report in MIS and FIS. Skill in computer operating. Age not more than 35 years old.
  
5. Position: Credit Officer (CO)
Vacancy: 500 (Five Hundred)
Salary: Basic Salary BDT  11,000 taka
BDT 22,000 to 23,100 taka (Before Regularization)
BDT 23,650 to 24,750 taka (After Regularization)
Education: Bachelor Degree/Equivalent in any discipline from any reputed Unviersity.
Experience: At least 01 years experience in microfinance field work. Age not more than 30 years.
