 Migrant Offshore Aid Station (MOAS) is an International Humanitarian Organization funded in 2013. It has teamed up with partners in both Bangladesh and Yemen to deliver pharmaceutical, medical aid, service and famine relief supplies. It started their work in Bangladesh running primary healthcare centers & currently working in cox’s bazar through their partners, helping Bangladesh host communities and Rohingya by delivering flood & water safety training. Position: Photographer/ Videographer

Qualification: Skills in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop, Photo Editing, INGO, Video editing, Fluent in Spoken and written English and Bangla.

Experience: At least 5 years working experience in Photo editing, Video editing, Photography, Videography. Also experience in Publishing/ Design/ Printing, NGO.

Job Location: Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

Requirements: Must have access to own editing/ shooting equipment & software. Sensitivity toward humanitarian field & able to interact and respect with multiple communities/ cultures. Humanitarian field experience is considered an asset. Able to work effectively & recognize in compliance with external constraints and internal policies. Good team player. Ability to work with people at all levels. Flexible to changes & shows ability to adapt to situation as they arise. Fluent in spoken and written English.

Job Nature: Freelance

Responsibilities: Editing and recording sound and video project, importing/ capturing media, selecting formats for final output, editing footage and sound files, organizing raw media, titling, inserting and creating static and motion graphics, archiving media projects. Editing interviews & footage into a variety of video to use for web, social media outlets, broadcast, MOAS internal use. Collaborating with MOAS field team and communication manager in Bangladesh to plan video shoots, scouting, selecting & reserve shoot locations. Following missions/ operations in field according to team schedule.
