Position: Junior Engineer/ Assistant Engineer - Civil (Real Estate Division)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Private or Public University. Skills in Civil construction, Civil Engineering, BOQ, Construction Engineering, Quality Control Assurance, Real Estate project Development, Project Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 to 5 years experience in Group of companies/ Real Estate/ Developer. Also experience in Civil construction, Civil Engineering, Civil Work, Building Construction, Finishing, Real Estate Project, Quality Control Assurance, Supervision, Site Engineer.
Job Location: Dhaka
Requirements: Only males can apply for the position. Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet Browsing. Strong Management and communication skill. Good official correspondence and well trained in writing.
Job Nature: Full Time
Responsibilities: Preparing all type of indent, report, estimation of budget, sub-contractors bill. Dealing labors and sub-contractors. Construction materials estimation. Studying structural and architectural drawings. Ensuring works with maximum effort.
