Position: Head of IT
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from any reputed public or private University.
Experience: More than 8 years of prior technology experience in Transformation, Automation, IT Service Delivery, IT Business Partnering, SAP ERP. Working experience of multi-project/ programs, managing complex & stakeholders across a adept and large organization at operating in a multi country environment utilizing matrix to deliver results.
Requirements: Commercial mindset. Able to translate technical opportunities into business outcome such as to link business requirements to technical solutions, vice versa. Transformation DNA. Leadership to take Unilever to best in class in peer set.
Responsibilities: Manage country information technology team, 3rd party service providers, virtual teams. Develop and attract talent across technology team to able to work in collaborative, agile, digital way. Active team player across technology leadership team driving common ways of leveraging & working global scale. Ensure life cycle management of all local and Business managed applications, Effective decommissioning, ensuring applications are maintained in supported state. Ensure business leaders are well informed about any major risk areas, financial impacts, implementation plans. Deploy and manage all elements of technology programs, All programs under IT investment board, BAU project budget, Application lifecycle management, operational system. Aligned with global strategic roadmap, Own technology roadmap for business, Experience/ Journey to ensure driving business value in cluster. Support strategic priorities in Bangladesh.
