Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Qualification: Four years graduation degree/ Post graduation degree with at least CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or 1st class/ division in any discipline from any UGC approved University. At least 3.75 out our 5.00 in both SSC and HSC or 3 A's in O level and 2 A's in A level. Computer literacy and Good commend over English is must. Age within 30 years as on 01 September 2021 (Age relaxable for children of freedom fighters up to age of 32 years)
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Benefits: Selected candidates will get appointed as Management Trainee Officer for 01 years with consolidate monthly pay BDT 50,000 (Fifty thousand) taka. After successful completion of probation period, they will be as Senior Officer under banks regular pay package admissible in grade.
Selection Procedure: Shortlisted candidate will call for written test, psychometric test. Based on merit selected applicants will call for presentation, interview, deliberation.
