RISDA Bangladesh Job Circular

 RISDA Bangladesh is a national level development organization, which has been implementing Shariah-based microfinance programs in remote areas of the country since 1993, including education, health, agriculture, skills development training, solar power, self-feeding and humanitarian assistance. In order to expand the Shariah based microfinance program, applications are being invited from Bangladeshi nationals who are skilled, hardworking and interested in doing Shariah based microfinance program in the following posts.

1. Position: Area Manager
Salary: BDT 35,000 taka and other benefits as per organization policy.
Vacancy: 5 (Five)
Education: Masters degree/Equivalent
Experience: At least 03 years of working experience Micro finance in relevant position. Age within 45 years old.

2. Position: Branch Manager
Salary: BDT 25,000 taka and other benefits as per organization policy.
Vacancy: 15 (Fifteen)
Education: Masters degree/Equivalent
Experience: At least 01 years of working experience Micro finance in relevant position. Age within 40 years old.

3. Position: Audit Officer
Salary: BDT 25,000 taka and other benefits as per organization policy.
Vacancy: 5 (Five)
Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting
Experience: At least 01 years of working experience Micro finance in relevant position.    Age within 40 years old.

4. Position: Credit Officer (Grade-1)
Salary: BDT 16,316 taka and other benefits as per organization policy.
Vacancy: 20 (Twenty)
Education: Bachelor Degree/Equivalent
Experience: At least 01 years of working experience Micro finance in relevant position.    Age within 35 years old.

5. Position: Credit Officer (Grade-2)
Salary: BDT 15,291 taka and other benefits as per organization policy.
Vacancy: 50 (Fifty)
Education: HSC/Equivalent
Experience: NA. Age within 35 years old.

Other Qualification & Benefits: Candidates for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions should be proficient in motorcycle driving and have valid motorcycle driving license and be skills in computer operating. Candidates for posts 4 and 5 must be experienced in cycling and have basic knowledge in computer. Other Benefits 2 festival allowance, provident fund, gratuity, travel allowance, welfare fund facility and motorcycle fuel and free accommodation & other as per organization policy.

Other Terms and Conditions: As per the rules of the organization, for the selected candidates from 1st to 5th position, a deposit of BDT 10,000 taka (re-fund able). Two Guarantee must be given by the father / close relative as a guarantor.

Application Process: Interested candidates should have 2 recent passport size color photographs, photocopy of National Identity Card, handwritten application form with mobile number and full CV, Manager, Human Resources Department, RISDA-Bangladesh, House # 26, Road # 2, Block-C, Kaliakair, Birulia, Savar Dhaka. Must be sent by post / Sundarbans courier. In order to participate in the selection test, along with the application form, a bank overdraft/ pay-order of BDT 200 taka accounts name "RISDA Bangladesh Microfinance Program" for any position and own district should be mentioned on the envelope.
