Position: Sr. Executive (Import), Supply Chain Department
Educational Qualification: Graduation Degree in Supply Chain Management from any reputed University. PGDSCM will be get advantage.
Experience: At least 3 to 4 years working experience in direct involvement with bank and import operation, Insurance, Customs clearance, C&F, Transport Company, Freight Forwarder.
Job Location: Dhaka
Requirements: Positive professional attitude. Sound knowledge in MS Office Application. Good communication skill.
Responsibilities: Communication with different global supplies for ensuring and placing order on time manufacturing of products. Coordinating with freight forwarders to accelerate goods vessel scheduling, pick up & sailing. Communication with insurance companies, C&F agents & transports to ensure timely goods delivered & releasing from different port and warehouse. Prepare monthly demand plans bases on analysis & for-casting. Coordinate with import documents, bank to proceed LC, suppliers payment. Update stock position against import. Processing CS, PO, Requisitions, maintain LC related information.
