Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed University. At least 10 years working experience in relevant field. Only males are allow for apply. Age within 38 years.
Job Location: Tongi, Gazipur
Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising junior staff work. Worker performance review. Motivate & supervise a team of workers. Ensure safety & health guidelines. Work with managers for implement company goals and policies. Liaison with different department. Monitor product implement and standards quality control programs. Responsible for schedule & selection maintenance of production equipment. Monitor production adjust schedules and processes as needed. Assessment of resource requirements & project. Responsible for negotiating, estimating, agreeing budgets, timescales. Ensure production is cost effective. Oversee production drawing up, process and organizing. Any other tasks assigned by management.
Salary and Other Benefits: Salary Negotiable. Other Benefits are Two festival bonus, Mobile bill.
