Experience: At least 3 to 7 years working experience in related field.

Responsibilities: Retailer and new dealer set up. Understand plants, soil, products and seeds to implement and efficient farming practice. Smooth sales operation support. Distribute, team and achieve sales targets new customers. Conduct farmer training & meeting. Sales and collection.
