Help probation management process, punishment, rewards process. Ensure performance compensation, benefits process on time. Employee motivation and counseling. Employee implement and develop KPI based performance appraisal system. Ensure administrative tasks. Developing and monitoring performance appraisals. Completing employee clearance, exit, turnover management final settlement. Conducting departmental meetings, providing desk services, preparing meeting minutes and maintain employee relations. Preparing data for allowance, salary, bonus, profit share, insurance benefits disbursement process.
