 Position: Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Qualification: BBA Degree/ MBA Degree major in Marketing from any reputed University/ Bachelor Degree in Textile Technology with MBA in Marketing will also be considered. Skill in buyer handling, product/ business development. Good communication skill in oral & written English. Should be proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude. Relationship with people. Strong and confident capability to bring/ hunt new business.

Experience: At least 7 to 8 years working experience in relevant field. Experience in Garments, Third party garments testing company, Garments accessories company.

Job Location: Dhaka. Need to travel in & out side of Narayanganj, Dhaka, Gazipur. Ready to go manufacturing units within country.

Requirements: Only males can apply for the position. Age 32 to 36 years old. Good knowledge in MS Office with good typing speed, email, internet. Sound communication skill in written and verbal in English. Ability to work under pressure. Maintaining high morale, integrity, business & personal ethics. Able to interact with all level of suppliers, management & clients. High ranked services to client.

Responsibilities: Regular maintain customer visit & develop new customers with retain existing customers. Ensure achievement of overall and individual company sales target. Regular basis updating Salesforce to keep proper tracking of promotional and marketing activities. Perform periodic customers survey. Prepare report on monthly, weekly, daily as per promotional and marketing activities requirements. Implement & develop proper promotional channel. Market research business trends & find out competitor information and develop new service offer. Advertising and marketing strategy in territory based business like Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur. Promoting TUV Rheinland brand by arranging meeting with agent office, buying house, garments factories. Publish advertising on social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Organizing seminar, webinar, workshop & training. Assist team in preparing article, newsletter & advertising publication on textile magazines, local newspaper. Handling new and existing customer query over email/ phone.
