Position: DCDP/ Sr. Commie (Continental / Café Kitchen)
Education: HSC in any subject. Trade course in Continental
Experience: At least 5 to 7 years working experience in continental kitchen, cafe kitchen.
Requirements: Females and Males both are allowed to apply. Knowledge to handle software. Age 27 to 33 years old. Good knowledge in email writing, reading, MS Office Excel & Word. Good record of staff management and kitchen. Good knowledge in wastage management and cost control. HACCP certification will be advantage.
Job Location: Chattogram Sadar
Responsibilities: Development of new cooks and providing on job training. Follow up actions required with Head cook. Maintain controls to attain foretasted food cost. Maintain correct quality and portion size food to hotel standards. Disinfect and wash kitchen area, tables, tools, workstations, knives & other equipment. Serve food in proper portions. Ensure correctness of temperature of food and appliances. Ensure all products are stored properly. Replenishes services line and prepare workstation for next shift. Ensure all items are prepare in timely. Prepare dishes designated for station. Good knowledge of cooking temperatures. Prepare cooks a wide variety of vegetables, soups, meats, breakfast dishes & other food. Cook food according to recipes. Strictly following recipes & yield guide. Able to produce quality food timely.
Salary and Other Benefits: Salary negotiable. Profit share, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Full subsidize lunch facilities, Yearly salary review, Two festival bonus.
