1. Position Name: Deputy Director (Microfinance Program)
Age: Maximum 50 years (age relaxed for experienced candidates)
Number of posts: 1
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate and at least 2nd class in all examinations.
Salary: BDT 85,000 during apprenticeship. BDT 89,358 after stabilization.
2. Position Name: Assistant Director (SME)
Age: Maximum 45 years (age relaxable for experienced candidates)
Number of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate
Salary: BDT 55,000 during apprenticeship. BDT 58,666 after stabilization.
3. Position Name: Business Development Manager
Age: Maximum 40 years (age relaxable for experienced candidates)
Number of posts: 8
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Postgraduate
Salary: BDT 35,000 during apprenticeship. BDT 39,980 after stabilization.
4. Position Name: Business Development Officer
Age: Maximum 35 years (age relaxable for experienced candidates)
Number of posts: 200
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Postgraduate
Salary: BDT 28,000 during apprenticeship. BDT 29,132 after stabilization.
Other Benefits:
1. Candidates for all the posts will be given monthly salary as well as DA, TA as per mobile bill and organization policy.

Terms:
1. All positions require 6 months of apprenticeship.
2. Registration fee is 250 rupees (non-refundable) in cash to participate in the test. In this case no type of TA, DA will be given.
3. Before joining the job, you have to deposit the prescribed cash (refundable) security of the organization and provide guarantee as per the demand in the organization. The father / responsible person has to be contracted with the organization as the guarantor.
4. Candidates for all positions must have a valid driving license.
5. Original copies of all original certificates and national identity cards must be brought during the examination.
6. The organization must have the mentality to work in different work areas.
7. Students do not need to apply.

অন্যান্য সুবিধাসমূহঃ
১. সকল পদের প্রার্থীদের মাসিক বেতনের পাশাপাশি মোবাইল বিল ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ডিএ, টিএ প্রদান করা হবে।
২. প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী কর্মীদের কন্ট্রিবিউটরী প্রভিডিন্ট ফান্ড, বার্ষিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, ফেস্টিবল বোনাস, গ্রাচুইটি, সিটি ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, কর্মস্থলে আবাসন সুবিধা, সাপ্তাহিক ২ দিন ছুটি, স্টাফ কল্যান তহবিল হতে আর্থিক সুবিধা, আবাসন ঋণ, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড ঋণ, মোটরসাইকেল ও কম্পিউটার ঋণ ও স্টাফদের মেধাবী সন্তানদের শিক্ষাবৃত্তি।
৩. সকল পদে যোগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে পদোন্নতির সুযোগ রয়েছে। কাজের গুনগত ও সংখ্যাগত অর্জনের ভিত্তিতে ইনসেন্টিভ প্রদান করা হবে।

শর্তাবলীঃ
১. সকল পদের জন্য ৬ মাস শিক্ষানবিশ হিসেবে দায়িত্বপালন করতে হবে।
২. রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ২৫০ টাকা (অফেরতযোগ্য) নগদ প্রদান করে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহন করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে কোন প্রকার টিএ, ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
৩. চাকরিতে যোগদানের আগে প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত নগদ (ফেরতযোগ্য) জামানাত জমা ও প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাহিদা অনুযায়ী নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করতে হবে।। পিতা / দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তিকে জামিনদার হিসাবে প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে চুক্তিবদ্ধ হতে হবে।
৪. সকল পদের প্রার্থীদের বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
৫. পরীক্ষার সময় সকল মূল সনদপত্র ও জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের মূলকপি আনতে হবে।
৬. প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিভিন্ন কর্ম এলাকায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
৭. অধ্যায়নরতদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই।
