Position: Dy. Manager/ Manager - Sales (Rupayan City Uttara)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree and Masters/ MBA Degree in any discipline from any reputed private and public University.
Experience: At least 8 years working experience in Real estate sales, Real estate product. Also experience in Group of companies, Developer, Real Estate.
Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Requirements: Decision making, problem solving, analytical skills, strong convincing negotiation skills, sales and marketing. Age 28 to 40 years. Only males can apply.
Responsibilities: Ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials. Maintain relationship with existing customers. Visit customers regularly. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Salary and Other Benefits: Salary Negotiable. Tour allowance, performance bonus, mobile bill, provident fund. Partially subsidize lunch facilities. Yearly salary review. Two festival bonus.
