 Room to Read is an International NGO. They are work in collaboration with local governments, communities, partner organizations Africa & Asia to develop literacy skills, habit of reading among primary children & support girls to complete their secondary school. They are now work in Combodia, India, Laos, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Rwanda, Granada, South Africa, Tanzania and Jordan.

Position: Manager, Global Literacy Research Monitoring & Evaluation

Qualification: At least 7 to 10 years of experience with monitoring & evaluation, research activities in low earn countries. Sound experience in technical competence in creating quantitative research monitoring & evaluation, designs methods/ frameworks. Knowledge in preparing various type of PM&E products in form of policy briefs, peer-reviewed publications, detailed report, presentations. Knowledge in coding & designing instruments using digital data collection. Overseeing & preparing for large scale data collection. Sound written & verbal communication skills in English. Able to travel frequently in different project sites of country.

Job Location: United Kingdom - London, South Africa- Pretoria, Vietnam- Ho Chi Minh, Bangladesh- Dhaka.

Responsibilities: Analysis of cleaned data. Cleaning of raw data. Preparation/ adaption of various RME data collection tools. Preparation of RME products for external & internal audiences. Technical/ training support to relevant staff. Mentor & train RM&E staff based in Room to Read. Regularly travel to various implementation country offices. Develop research proposals. Design monitoring and evaluation strategies. Collaboration with country and global RM&E team members. Other task assign by authority.

Position:
Officer, Accounting & Finance

Educational Qualification:
Masters Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ any other relevant subject from any reputed private or public University. Accounting professional from CIMA/ CA/ CMA partly qualified will get preference.

Job Location: Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.

Experience: At least 5 years working experience in accounting/ finance service. Working experience in INGO will get preference.

Responsibilities: Process and review payment documents as per organization finance policy. Assist Director & Project Manager. Finance & Accounting to maintain records related to expenses, funds, bookkeeping, partnership venture. Review of Vouchers, Writing cheques, expense reports & timely disbursement to partners, vendor and employees. Review purchase, payment authorizations. Coordination with maintains a system to monitor, program, forecast cash requirement. Finance and accounting financial report preparing. Assist external and internal audit.
