Position: Head of Coastal Region and National Programme
Education Qualification: Masters Degree in social science or any relevant field from any reputed University.
Experience: At least 5 years working experience as a senior level program management in complex programmes and project.
Requirements: Relationship building. Negotiation. Strong representation. Often at very senior level both International and National Offices. Influencing skills. Externally will add extra value.
Location: Barisal, Bangladesh
Responsibilities: Program management & implementation team. Oversee number of project in Barisal division. National or Multi location reach & focus. Ability to work as collaboratively with key program. Program development and learning. Operation and system. Girls Rights. Portfolio consist of large projects. Strong influencing actions. Maintain strong working relation. Regular visit to program location.
