Position: Officer- IT
Educational Qualification: Bachelor with professional computer course/ Masters degree in computer science/ Diploma related field from any reputed institution.
Experience: At least 4 years working experience in information technology. Experience in systematic methods for Information Computer Technology troubleshooting. Experience in computerized accounting systems. Helping users on ICT services & products. Analytical problem solving. Use of diagnostic & applications tools.
Job Location: Dhaka Head Office
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, Install & Configure Laptops, PC, Desktop Operating systems & Applications (Windows, MS Office). Respond & receive to support requests according to procedures. Configurations, Installation, Repair of network equipment, network printer, routers, firewall modems, access point, switches, network printers etc. Maintenance with proper documentation. Network user administration. Telecommunication problems troubleshoot. Configuration & installation of server based software. Troubleshooting of access and security point related problems. Configure network, Install & Stand alone printers. Parts price is reasonable as per current market price. Management Information Systems engage & support in training & configuration delivery.
