Position: Programme Coordinator
Educational Qualification: At least University Degree in Environmental Management/ Resources Management/ Economics/ Project Management/ Relevant field from any reputed University. PhD in similar area will get advantage.
Job Place: Bangladesh Country Office
Experience: Minimum 9 years of professional experience in related field with particular focus natural or environmental resource project/ programme development, M&E, Management. At least 5 years role leadership/ managerial.
Requirements: All phases of project/ programme, implementation & management is essential, execution, including planning, Technical, M&E, Financial Reporting. Interpersonal, Excellent analytical, ability to manage performance, team building skills of individual staff members. Work under pressure, deliver & to meet deadlines. Willingness to travel frequently internationally & local. Exhibit cultural sensitivity & awareness to gender issues & diversity. Strong communication skills. Sound presentation skills. Fluency in spoken and written English & Bangla with computer literacy. Able to write high quality technical reports. Able to work in multi perspective & multicultural environment.
