Position: Terms of Reference- Soft Skills Trainer/Psychologist
Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Social sciences or Psychology from any reputed public or private University.
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years professional experience as a counselor/ trainer track record in executing & designing successful programs will get advantage.
Job Location: Dhaka (Training delivery in person in training centers & factories will be located outside of Dhaka)
Requirements: Interpersonal skills & ability to thrive in multicultural environment. Ability to multi task in fast paced environment & consistent, proactive & timely delivery under limited supervision. Able to think independently & strategically. Fluency oral & written in English & Bangla. Good typing speed in Bangla. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to engage with mid level factory management. Experience of conducting assessments. Experience of working with demographics. Candidate is expected to possess in labor issues in manufacturing. Understand gender issues.
Contract Duration: 15 August 2021 to 30 June 2022
Responsibilities: Virtual deliver to 2 days soft skills training to approximately 50 to 100 trainees. Virtual delivery of soft skills component of GEAR, Support adjustment to achieve desired outputs, impact & outcomes. Virtual delivery of sessions of team building, on boarding sessions & selection training to managers & female operators. Conduct trainee assessments to evaluate candidates. Conduct training sessions with HR & other relevant department. Conduct trainee assessments to evaluate trainee knowledge. Report and maintain data on trainee absences, assessments, attendance, training issues. Maintain relationship with BWB team & factory management to support successful implementation.
