Position: Capitalization, Learning and Monitoring Coordinator

Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in Statistics/ Development Studies/ Social Sciences/ any other relevant fields from any reputed University.

Experience: At least 10 years working experience in related field with reputed International & National NGO.

Job Location: Helvetas Bangladesh Country Office, Dhaka. But frequent travels project areas in Rangpur, Chattogram, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet and Rajshahi divisions.

Requirements: Implement different evaluation & monitoring framework or tools. Able to operating MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, KOBO, SPSS, ODK or Others. Able to conduct project survey and baseline. Sound knowledge & experience on report writing & data management. Sound facilitation, organizing, communication skills. Experience on political empowerment of women would be added advantage.

Responsibilities: Implementation & Development monitoring & result measurement system capturing outcomes, outputs & impact of project collaboration. Introduction & development of project techniques & tools, tracking guideline to capture project data for baseline monitoring, assessment, steering, reporting and learning. Documentation & analysis of information or data for progress strategic & reporting project steering. Dissemination & documentation of relevant finding and leanings.
