Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree/ Equivalent in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Social Science, Agriculture, Business Administration/ Other related field.
Job Location: Rajshahi
Experience: At least three years technical or field experience with agri business development, commercial sector in a mix of economic trade/ growth, investment promotion, market development, investment promotion. Or At least three year experience with cooperatives/ Producer Organizations/ Community for market development/ organizational development.

Responsibilities: Strengthen organizational capacity in relates to Good governance system development, leadership management, monitoring, procedure, business management. Ensure systemic documentation of lessons & success for internal programmatic use. Public/ Private sector engagement strategy. Demand supply gap & price analysis. Business development. Marketing & Branding. Producer organization financial business development. Experiment for different business model develop. Build functional business partnership for warehouse. Organization to evaluate progress of achieving business plan. Tract progress periodically & Rollout plan. Knowledge documents & periodic reports. Market development component. Positive growth of producer organizations. Developed market supply chain for services, inputs & outputs. Prepared business performance reports. Developed business plan & linked enterprises with warehouses. Market systems analysis assist. Services & input suppliers network partnership. Developed buyer network.
