Position: Company Secretary
Education: Four years Honors/ Masters Degree with business or commerce background & must be a Chartered Secretary (FCS/ACS)
Experience: At least 8 years working experience with at least 5 years in board secretariat of any NDFI
Age: Age not more 40 years (Relaxed for well experienced candidate).

Position: Head of Internal Control and Compliance
Education: Four years Honors/ Masters Degree with business or commerce background & must be a CMA/ CIA/ CA/ CFA
Experience: At least 8 years working experience with at least 5 years in compliance department and internal control of any NBFI
Age: Age not more 40 years (Relaxed for well experienced candidate)

Position: Officer- Manager: Internal control and Compliance
Education: Four years Honors/ Masters Degree with business or commerce background & must be a CMA/ CIA/ CFA/ CA (knowledge Level/ Intermediate Level/ PE-1)
Experience: At least 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in compliance department and internal control of any NBFI

Position: Deputy Head of Finance and Accounts

Education: Four years Bachelor/ Masters in CSE from any reputed University
Experience: At least 8 years experience with at least 3 years in ICT department of any NBFI

Position: Head of Deposit Mobilization
Education: Four year Bachelor/ Masters Degree with Business or Commerce background
Experience: At least 8 years experience with at least 5 years in Deposit Mobilization/ Liability department of any NBFI

Position: Senor Officer- Assistant Manager: Capital Market Operations
