 Position: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Educational Qualification: BBA/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed University

Experience: At least 1 to 2 years working experience in Business development. Also experience in e-commerce platform

Job Location: Dhaka

Requirements: Sound knowledge about e-commerce sites. Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail. Global, regional & local level e-commerce sector strong market knowledge. Colleagues should be energetic, committed, strategic, highly motivated, analytical & proactive communicator. Good influencing & negotiation skills. Good understanding of company goals & values. Adhere to company Admin & HR policy such as office timing, leave, confidentiality, dress codes, anti-corruption etc.

Job Nature: Full Time

Responsibilities: Update to Business development manager on progress of category and vendor performance. Weekly review performance of sales volume, value, profit and stock. Weekly vendor gap review, analysis & create a clear on boarding plan. Ensure vendor sourcing in line. Proactive communication with vendors. Negotiate condition, best terms and favorable vendor payment price. Ensure website is updated following content. Receive update stock of product. Share weekly vendor & category performance report. Support marketing team to get latest market update. Collaboration with marketing team and vendors to generate joint promotion plan.

Salary and Other Benefits: BDT 12,000 to 15,000 (monthly) salary can negotiable if candidate has good experience and academic record. Performance bonus, Mobile bill, Yearly salary review, Yearly two festival bonus.
