Position: Customer Service Representative

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from any reputed Institutions/ University. Honors 3rd year and 4th year running students and diploma completed students are also encouraged to apply.
Job Nature: Part Time, Full Time
Requirements: Females and males are allowed to apply. Basic knowledge in computer. Age limit within 21 to 32 years old. Sound oral communication skill. Sound listening and analytical skill. Focus on customer & adaptability to different personality. Willingly work in any roster/ shift.
Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service. Gives customer precise information to customer. Customer need identify, clarify information & provide solutions. Good knowledge about social media, web chat, email. Report time to time to team leader. Examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints. Handle incoming call to prospective customers.
Salary: BDT 9,500 taka (Monthly)
Walk in Interview: Saterday to Thursday at 10.00 am (except Friday and government holiday). In interview time bring your resume and photocopy of NID along with you.
