Position: Executive/Sr. Executive- Customer Relationship Management
Educational Qualification: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in any discipline from any public or private University.
Experience: At least 5 years working experience in data analysis.
Job Location: Tongi, Gazipur
Requirements: Sound communication skills both written & oral all levels. Ability to apply creative ideas in corporate environment. Sound skills in ability to establish on working relationships effectively. Expert in analytical tools of MS Excel and Power BI.
Responsibilities: Customer analytics to ensure key metrics. Ensure all campaigns loyalty are delivered on time. Work with MIS team to regular analysis of loyalty program. Different platforms data analyze. Conduct regular reviews. Implement joint promotional opportunity. Keep regular staff communications.
