Position: Program Coordinator (Head of Program)
Qualification: MBA/ Masters Degree in Social Science/ Agricultural from any reputed University. Ability to speak fluently English & Bangla. Able to write any report of preject impacts in English. Sound knowledge in MS Office Applications with email. Age not exceeding 50 years.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in reputed International/ National non government organizations among them minimum 5 years in senior managerial position. Good knowledge in writing project proposal, concept note, log frame on humanitarian aspect & development. Processing advocacy, negotiation, influencing & community engagement skills. Secondary & primary data compilation, analysis and collection skills.
Job Location: Dhaka, Regular travel to projects areas.
Responsibilities: Designing & planning of projects or programs & fund raising. Identify opportunity & needs for potential programs, operational guidelines, prepare project proposals. Supervise program team & provide necessary guidance. Support programs to ensure compliance. Provide appropriate direction to programs. Coordinate all programs or project activities as per quarterly & monthly plans. Maintain & prepare an appropriate reporting systems as like monthly report, quarterly report, annual reports, annual work plans, field visit reports, annual reports etc. In time preparation & submission of donor reports.
Salary and Other Benefits: BDT 80,000 to 90,000 taka per month (It will negotiable for extra ordinary candidate). After satisfactory completion probation period six months other service will regularized as like Gratuity, Provident fund, Festival bonus, Leave benefit etc.
