Position: Credit Officer (Microfinance)

Vacancy: 100

Educational Qualification: Graduate (Preference will be given to postgraduates) in any discipline from any reputed University.

Requirements: Preference will be given to motorcycle driving license holders. Interested in operating computers and other devices. Have an idea about software, email and internet browsing. Security of BDT 15,000/- (refundable with dividend at the end of service). MICR check of the guarantor has to be submitted at the end of the training. Age at most 35 years.

Job Location: Comilla, Gazipur, Chandpur, Tangail, Dhaka, Narsingdi, Narayanganj, Noakhali, Feni, Brahmanbaria, Munshiganj, Mymensingh, Manikganj

Responsibilities: Fulfill the target by completing OTS, loan and product sales as per the set targets. Participate in regular campaigns. Complete weekly work at the end of each week and report every work to the branch manager etc. Filling the daily collectible and collected information sheets and trying to collect regular installments. Fill in the member loan application form as per the policy and submit it to the branch manager for final approval. To propose admission after verification of members for conducting micro-credit activities.

Salary: Training period is 2 months (allowance will be paid at the rate of BDT 5,000/-per month). BDT 22,000/- during apprenticeship (01 year during apprenticeship). BDT 26,288/- after stabilization

Other Benefits: 3 festival bonuses. Annual celery increment. Free Single Housing Benefit (Additional BDT 1000 / - Single Housing Allowance will be provided for female workers).
