 1. Position: Deputy Manager (Compliance)

Educational Qualification: MA/ M.Com/ MBA Degree in any discipline from any University. PGD on Compliance/ HRD will get preferred. (Educational qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates.)

Experience: At least 5 years experience in relevant field in multinational or prominent local company from Freight Forwarding/ Shipping/ Off Dock Sector.

Requirements: Good knowledge in Procedure and Process on ISO 9001:2015, GSV, ISPS Code, C-TPAT & other certification process. Good Experience & Knowledge of Freight Forwarders requirements & handle social, Environmental audits & technical. Good knowledge in Computer operating. Good Knowledge on BLL-2006, Bangladesh Labor Law 2015, Human Resource Management, Safety Rules, Environmental Laws & Regulations. Age within 38 to 45 years old.

Skills: Interpersonal & Reporting skills. Verbal & Written communication. Following complex instructions.

Responsibilities: Keep constant contact with Government, Semi Government Office, Local Authorities for any Governments Regulations & Rules update. Manage compliance functions in factory. Always monitoring all compliance status. Ensure Code of conduct, Legal compliance, Fire, Electrical, Building, Safety and Health issues etc. Audit by third party and support. Preparing Corrective Action Plan with target date line.



2. Position: Security Officer

Education Qualification: BA/ B.Com in any discipline from any reputed institute. (Educational qualification will be relaxed for experienced person, also ex-defense person will get prefer)

Experience: At least 8 years working experience in security department in any multinational or prominent local company.

Requirements: Good knowledge in computer operating. Age within 44 to 50 years old. Reporting & interpersonal skills. Verval & written communication skills. Sound knowledge in security procedures & operations, fire inspection & basic security procedures. Sound knowledge in ISPS, ISO, CTPAT and complex instructions.
