 Position Name: Principal (High School / School & College).

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree / Equivalent from a Recognized University or 4 year Bachelor (Honors) Degree / Equivalent from a Recognized University.

Experience: 12 years teaching experience in the post of lecturer / assistant professor with 03 years experience in the post of vice-principal / assistant professor in MPO registered or non-MPO registered colleges. Or, in case of contract recruitment, only those who have been / are working as Principal / Vice-Principal / Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor with at least 2 years of administrative work experience in public / private schools and colleges can apply.

Salary & Allowance: In case of MPO registered teachers, manpower structure of private educational institutions (schools and colleges) and MPO. According to the policy-2021. Salary allowances for Thaba, non-MPO and contract employment will be determined subject to negotiation.
