Position: Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive, Outlet
Educational Requirements: Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a recognized Public and Private University.
Other Requirements: Age with 25 to 35 years old. At least 3 to 6 years working experience in relevant field in relevant company. Good communication skills in English & Bangla. Decision making, planning, good analytical, & presentation skills. Innovative attitude & self driven. Computer literacy in outlook and MS Office. Who are now working in any retail company in Chattogram will get preference.
Job Location: Chattogram
Responsibilities: Making key decision about stock control, Managing stock levels, protect stock wastage and loss. Motivating and managing team to ensure efficiency and increase sales. Accurate replenishment and ordering of products. Forecasting future sales of outlet and analyzing sales figures. Interviewing potential employee, Conducting appraisals, Grooming, replenishment, GST standard & performance reviews. Standards customer service, healthy food handling, promote safe, from receiving to customers basket. High personal standard on Hygiene and Cleanliness. Response customer comments and complaints. Manage special displays, visual merchandise & corners. Meeting with outlet management team. Walking sales floor regularly talking to customers, staff & identifying problem and resolving urgent issues. For development business discussion with management with enough data and research. Monitoring & Resolving overall outlet security. Survey for new initiatives and trends, Studying market, monitoring local competitors. Respect and understand importance of fresh value and healthy living of food.

Position: Executive, Audit & Internal Control
Education: BBA/ MBA in Finance/ Accounts from any reputed University
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years working experience in Audit team. Retail industry will get prefer.
Responsibilities: Analysis market of different product and follow up development areas. Data analysis from various identify and aspect risk factors. Provide post audit feedback to concerned person. Communicate with HODs. Verify and check system data refer amendment. Follow up competitors activity and GFAPL. Improve overall service standard. Attend outlet inventory. Verify, check & report market competitiveness. Any other task assigned by management.
