Educational Qualifications: HSC. Training / Trade Course: Preferred Cooking Course.
Experience: At 1 to 4 years experience in related position.
Requirements: Have knowledge of proper diet and care process. Being able to work as part of the team during busy kitchen time. Only men can apply. Be able to read and observe quality recipes. Minimum age is 20 years.

Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities: Responsible for using hygiene, safety and proper equipment. Maintain safety and rules. Protect preset-up and safety rules. Cooking, making and using traditional and modern techniques according to the menu of all dishes. Cleaning of kitchen equipment. Cooking food and creating good quality menus on time. Having accurate knowledge of food serving sizes and recipes. Storing food at the right temperature. Oversee proper food inventory. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation space and kitchen. Reporting maintenance and repair needs.
