Position Name: Branch Manager

Vacancy: 100 (One Hundred)

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Degree/ Equivalent in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience: At least 1 to 5 years working experience in relevant field.

Job Responsibilities: To curb the cash-in-hand trend of the concerned officers and ensure regular deposit of money in the bank. To provide security of all records, assets and property at branch level. Maintain good relations with local administration and dignitaries and represent the organization. To be responsible for the overall work of the branch activities, finance and accounting and staff management. Supervise the work of subordinates, conduct weekly meetings with them and coordinate work. Assist in selection of members for savings and loans. To provide assistance to field officers in recovery of field level loans. Selection of work area, inspection of associations, verification and approval of loan proposals. Meetings, collection of arrears, afternoon field visits and playing a leading role in problem solving. Participate in reporting and monthly meetings. Formulate and implement plans and budgets.

Job Nature: Full Time

Requirements: Maximum age is 40 years. Must have at least 1 year of practical experience working as a branch manager in a loan program.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh. Preference will be given to candidates interested in working in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and Khulna divisions.

Salary: Monthly salary is BDT 34,634/- (including motorcycle fuel bill, mobile bill, lunch allowance and CPF), besides free single accommodation facility.
