Position Name: Language Manager, Bengali
Qualifications: Candidates should have three years of experience in translating from English to Bengali. Know to write, translate and edit different types of reviews. Must be proficient in Bengali and 'Business Proficiency' in English. Candidates applying for this position need to have experience in training staff and assisting them in various tasks. Applicants must be familiar with Bengali culture and trends. Must have a good idea about digital marketing. Candidates wishing to work as a ‘Language Manager’ will be able to reach out to international readers through a variety of Facebook services through good quality translations. Facebook works in coordination with remote area offices and regional stakeholders. Those who want to apply for this position on Facebook should feel comfortable working with teams located in different time zones in remote areas.
Job Nature: Full Time
Responsibilities: Staff need to be trained so that they can translate to the right quality. Linguistic and functional problems need to be determined. Different types of content and documents have to be translated from English to Bengali.
Job Location: Gurgaon, India and Singapore
