Position: Women’s Economic Justice Dignified Work Advisor
Job Location: Any country where CARE has an office in Asia
Job Nature: Flexible
Educational Qualification: BA and MA Degree in development or related subject.
Experience: Experience in working within Global supply chains and Ethical trade. Experience of working on complex partisanship & hybrid with a range of stakeholders. Experience to managing development initiatives. Experience to representing an organization. Evaluating & Monitoring programmes/ projects and demonstrating impact. Understanding of inclusive governance, principles of participation & gender equity. Experience to working private sector. Working experience with DFID and other donors.
Skills: Excellent spoken & written English. Ability to synthesize & summarize learning to high quality publications. Influencing, Strong negotiation and networking skills. Problem solving & strong project management skills. Budget management, numeracy & basic statistical analysis. Statistical advanced analysis skills. Ability to advise & support non specialist colleagues.
Salary: £39,878 per annum.
