Non Governmental Organization Buro Bangladesh in collaboration with Opportunity International Australia is implementing a "Basic Health Education Program" in Tangail, Sirajganj, Jamalpur and Mymensingh districts to improve the health care of marginalized people. Under this project, for the purpose of providing telemedicine services including health services and health education, people will be recruited in various branches and regional offices of the project districts in the following posts on an urgent basis. The educational qualifications, experience and other requirements of the candidates are mentioned below.

Position: Manager HRM
Qualification: BBA & MBA degree in HRM from any private or public University. Age maximum 35 years old. Male and Female both can apply.
Job Nature: Full Time
Salary and Other Benefits: In 06 months probationary period salary BDT 30,000 taka. Other benefits are Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Gratuity, Three Festival Bonuses etc.

Position Name: Health Supervisor
Vacancy: 08
Job Nature: Contract based
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) from established Government / Private Medical Assistant Training School (MATS) and registered with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
Job Place: Any branch office of Buro Bangladesh located in the project districts.
Experience & Requirements: Maximum age is 35 years. At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in healthcare and health education programs. Must be experienced in computer management. It is compulsory to work in remote areas and it is compulsory to work by bicycle. Preference will be given to permanent residents of Tangail, Sirajganj, Jamalpur and Mymensingh districts. Age is relaxed in case of more experienced candidates. Candidates without practical experience are not required to apply.
Salary: Total BDT 15,000 / - plus other allowances as per company rules and project allocation.
Position Name: Medical Assistant

Experience & Requirements: Maximum age is 35 years. At least 1-2 years work experience in healthcare programs. Must be experienced in telemedicine services and computer management. Salary: BDT 35,000 taka in total, plus other allowances as per the rules and project allocation of the organization.
Position Name: Health trainer
Vacancy: 06
Job Nature: Contract based
Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate certificate from any government approved University.
Job Place: Any regional office in the project area.
Experience & Requirements: Maximum age is 35 years. At least 3-5 years of work experience as a trainer in healthcare programs. Proficiency in making training modules, handouts and various types of training materials. Skills in making IEC and BCC materials development. Ability to train, organize, conduct and assist in participatory processes. Must have staff supervision, follow-up and staff development skills and ability to monitor health related programs. Must be experienced in report making, documentation and computer management. Age is relaxed in case of more experienced candidates. Candidates without practical experience are not required to apply.
Salary: BDT 40,000 taka in total, plus other allowances as per company rules and project allocation.
