Position: Assistant General Manager- HR

Education: Master's/ MBA (Major in HRM) in any discipline from any Private or Public University. Or PGDHRM/ PGDPM from any Private University.

Experience: At least 13 to 15 years prctical experience as similar position in a reputed multinational or national in related position.

Requirements: Age limit 40 years. Sound knowledge in computer skills. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities: Knowledge about existing computer and Labour Law. Management performance. Recognition management. Reward management. HRM Management. Coordinate HR training, development & compliance. Employee relations, training initiatives and career development. Help skills assessment & workforce planning to Hear of HR. Develop internal office system.

Salary & Other Benefits: Negotiable
