Position Name: Agricultural Engineer (Agricultural Development Manager)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Agricultural Engineering at least 08 (eight) years Practical experience. Diploma in Agricultural Engineering with at least 10 (ten) years of practical experience.

Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of practical experience in allied work, but with practical experience in any reputed agricultural farm, educational qualification will be considered relaxable.

Job Location: Ghior, Manikganj

Salary and Other Benefits: Salary Negotiable. Accommodation facilities, Combined kitchen arrangement, Mobile bill, Salary increase Annually, 2 Festival Bonus, Provident Fund.

Responsibilities: Raising of cattle, goats and poultry, rearing of fish, rearing of chicks, production and maintenance. Assistance in increasing milk production, selection of raw grass, hay, quality animals, poultry, poultry and fish food required for increasing meat production, assistance in medicines and treatment required for farm preservation products. Annual budget formulation and implementation report has to be prepared and work has to be done as per the budget.
To implement the master plan of Agro complex, you have to work with the top management. Assist in farm finance, resource and manpower management, preparation of daily, weekly and monthly based reports, planning and supervision. Trees in the garden need regular care and attention. When new seedlings are planted, special care should be taken. Special care should be taken in watering the trees and weeding. If a tree dies, a new tree should be planted in its place. The tree needs to be taken care of during the flowering and fruiting season. Planting trees on the farm land, producing saplings, assisting in the cultivation of fruits, flowers and vegetables and conducting beautification work etc. Must have ideas on cultivating various native exotic plants like Capsicum, Aloevera in particular.
