Position: Field Research Assistant
Job Place: Projahnmo Zakiganj Upazila Office, Sylhet.
Education: Bachelor degree in social science from reputed University.
Experience Requirement: At least 1 to 2 Years of experience in project monitoring, field staff supervision & monitoring. Experience requirement field may be flexible.
Requirements: Able to work with team. Interest to visit rural areas. Solve problems. Innovative thinking skills. Sound communication skills. Valid Motocycle driving license. Skills in MS office. Knowledge about ethical guidelines.
Job Nature: Fixed Terms.
Salary and Other Benefits: BDT 20046 taka per month and other admissible benefits. 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF.
Responsibility: Support to CHW to solve issues. Supply of study specific logistics to CHW's. Ensure household surveillance to study area. Arrange community mobilization activities. Arrange fortnightly field staff meeting.
