Position: Digital Customer Support Executive (Male / Female)

Vacancy: 10 (ten)

Education: Graduation with post graduation from any reputed University in any discipline. Education may be considered for experience candidate.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field. Male or Female both can apply. Age limit 22 to 35 years. Skill in MS Office, MS Excel, Email, Internet etc. Bangla and English typing good speed. Own smart phone. Good communication skill.

Work Location: Dhaka

Responsibility: Prepare reports. Collect customer feedback. Answer online customer query. Attend customer calls. Ensure proper supply of goods as per customer requirement. Other works assigned by senior management.
