Max Foundation carries out project in Nepal, Ethiopia and Bangladesh for stunted growth prevention, water, hygiene, safe motherhood, sanitation, nutrition. It envisions a world where easily malnutrition & preventable disease are no longer for under five year age children.

Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (MELO)

Educational Qualification: Four Year Bachelor Degree with Masters Degree in Mathematics, Development Studies, Economics, Anthropology, Social Science, Statistics or equivalent studies.

Experience: Minimum 3 years professional experience in M&E will preferable also working experience in an international NGO or reputed Development organization or National NGO.

Skills: Strong skills in MS Office, Database management & SPSS programs. Good Fluency in Bangla & English required. Good understanding in Theory of Change and Log Frams. Strong analytical skills for data management. Experience on GIS based mapping & monitoring tools. Skills in facilitation, team building & motivation. Valid Motorcycle driving license.

Salary and Other Benefits: Salary Negotiable. Other benefits as per company rules or policy.

Job Nature: Full Time. Probating star from after 6 months of joining date. Subject to annual renewal.

Requirements: Support to MELR Manager with implementation of field based monitoring activities. Annual M&E framework plan analyze. Collaborate field staff to achieve project objectives & goals. Ensure M&E data from partner organization in timely. Data entry into M&E database. Quality data collect & data verification. Develop tools for surveys, assessments, evaluations, monitoring etc. Regular field visit. Conduct & design project baseline. Set data for annual & quarter performance reports. Research findings with partner & document. Implementing staff to ensure quick learning. Visit partner organizations routine monitoring. Assist in preparation of orientation module on M&E activities.
