Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Nature: 2 to 3 years contract, which may be renewed after successful completion.
Education: Post Graduation with Graduation degree in Business, Technical or any relevant field from any reputed University. Professional qualifications will be treated as advantage.
Experience: At least 10 to 15 years experience in a senior management position or head of businesses in Government or private sector and managing large scale production & sales volume in industrial plant.
Skills: Excellent communication skills in fluency in English, Strong common sense, fair judgemental capability, high morale, motivational skills, having a good understanding of local business & culture.
Salary: Attractive salary with bonus.
Responsibilities: Lead & development strategic directions for improving company business. Ensuring supply of major raw materials, natural gas, water, chemicals. Ensure best practices & global standards in all spheres of company activities within budgets. Day to day report to Board of Directors & Chairman of company about profitability, operations, growth.
