a. Positive Affirmations: Try to more a message is heard, more likely it is to be believed. If you repeating a message you brain starts to believe it. Sometime we feel or our mind aren't interest to do work. Because this time our mind are interest to another thing. So if we want to overcome it. We don't think any topics. Just sitting in front of work and start working and try to thought about work. After sometime you see your are fully engage in your you and you like it.

b. Ask For Help: Do not vanity get in way of making your work life more positive. Get as support & much help as you can. Always try to do self dependence in your work life. Don't depend in other person. Because if the person absence or if you don't get help from him you can't properly work. So try to help you colleague, onetime when you feel pressure you will get support from him/ her.

c. Avoid Gossip: Gossip is bad practice in working place. But sometime it joyful for your but much time it hamper your work, also loss your important work time. If one day you start your job by gossip, this full day you can't any work properly. So try to avoid gossip in office. If you are invited to get involved in office gossip, do not engage. Getting involved will most likely cause anxiety & tensions, not to mention how poorly it reflects upon you as a person.

d. Express Gratitude: If you get help from other colleague, say them thanks. For this reason they will be interest to help you in next time. Thinking about how the good in your life can help balance with your negativity. Try to give your brain extra time to remember & register a positive idea/ experience.

e. Deep Breaths & Stretching: Sometime when we work much time, we don't feel interest in our work this called stretching. This time we need to take deep breaths. Stretching allows your blood flow, need to improving circulation. While you deep breaths bring oxygen to brain, it enhancing its performance.
