Responsibilities: Hire high quality people need for successful implementation. Implement a Global Human Capital Strategy. Introduce trainings that promote HI's culture. Promote compliance. Improve organizational performance. Supplement skill needs. Enhance team moral. Positive employee relations. Work with global compensation. Constantly benchmark. Internal mobility. Manage international staff recruitment. Achieve operational excellence. Support cross national knowledge sharing.
Education: Masters’ degree in related field. BS or BA Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources or related field.
Experience: At least 10 years experience in HR management with minimum 3 years of HR leadership within region. Experience in high growth & employment life cycle management & large projects staffing.
